How do I record my activity in the LIF App?
Simply install the LIF App from Google Play or the App Store, register, and start moving. You can track activity using your phone’s built-in pedometer or connect a compatible smartwatch.
Who can use the LIF App?
The app is designed for teenagers and adults (ages 13+). Its health and fitness features are optimized for adult and teen physiology and are not intended for young children.
What smartphones are compatible with the LIF App?
The LIF App works on both Android and iOS devices. Make sure your device is running an updated operating system for the best experience. Android: Version 8 (Oreo) or higher iOS: Version 13 or higher
I can’t log in or register. What should I do?
Make sure you entered the correct email address. If you still face issues, please contact LIF Support at 08999 7474 77 for immediate assistance.
Why didn’t I receive the activation link after registration?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is correct, the activation link is usually delivered there.
Can the LIF App connect to smartwatches?
Yes. In addition to the LIF x Smart Core Ring, the app connects seamlessly with many popular smartwatches, including:
How do I connect my smartwatch to the LIF App?
Go to your Profile → Devices → “Connect Device” , select your smartwatch brand, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Can I track activity using only my phone?
Yes. The LIF App can track steps using your phone’s pedometer. However, for the most accurate and complete data (including sleep, heart rate, etc.), we recommend using a compatible smartwatch or the LIF x Smart Core Ring.
What is the Sync feature and how do I use it?
Sync updates your latest health data (steps, activity, sleep, etc.) in the app.
Simply pull down the main screen (pull-to-refresh) or tap the Sync button.
Make sure your internet connection is active.
Can the AI Meal Log record my food and drinks?
Yes. You can log your meals by taking a photo or typing a description.
The AI analyzes your intake, shows macronutrients,
and provides personalized nutrition guidance
Why does the AI Meal Log sometimes fail or give invalid results?
This usually happens when the photo is unclear or the description is too vague.
Please follow the on-screen tips in the app for best results.
How do I earn LIF Points?
You earn LIF Points by completing challenges in the Challenges menu.
What can I use LIF Points for?
Redeem your points for vouchers, rewards, and exciting prizes from selected merchants directly in the LIF App.
What is EXP?
EXP stands for Experience Points.
You earn EXP by staying active like walking, exercising, and completing daily movement goals.
What is the purpose of EXP?
EXP is used to level up. The higher your level,
the more it reflects your consistent active lifestyle.
